Judge rules in Employee’s Favor. McDonalds made him fat

We can’t make this stuff up! 

Judge Joao Ghisleni Filho in Porto Alegre. Brazil, has ordered McDonald’s to pay an obese employee, $17,500.00, for making him fat.

According to the Associated Press, the 32 year old man, who remained anonymous, gained 65 pounds during his 12 years of employment with the fast food franchise.

The man accused McDonald’s of forcing him to taste the food, while also offering employees free lunches. He said this added to his daily caloric intake and contributed to his obesity.

No word on if the food giant is going to appeal the ruling which was handed down on Tuesday.
